Only 3 km from the beautiful blue Caribbean sea and turtle sanctuary beach of Xcacel. ​Plus several free cenotes down the road for a cool afternoon dip!
​Walking, biking, distance to the laid back pueblo of Chemuyil. With 4 restaurants that serve delicious meals, several Fruterias to get your fresh daily dose of tropical fruits and veggies, Tortilaria for fresh hot tortillas. Lavanderia for laundry service. Convenient Colectivo Vans that run every 5-10 minutes from the pueblo to Tulum, Akumal, Playa del Carmen...​
